6-10-09 Well I hope everyone had a good Memorial Day. The parade went great there was a great turnout and what did you think of Pauli's Window. Cheryl had a great display with all the name of our fallen comrades from NH. The Drill Team stopped and rendered a salute. A fine tribute to our fallen comrades. Thanks Cheryl.
State Convention will be here soon it will be held in Lincoln on 6-26-28. The Drill Team competions and the parade will be held on the 28th at 10:00am at Loon Moutain so if any of you can come up and cheere our Legion and Auxillary drill teams on I know they would appreciate it. the Parade will follow at 1:00pm starting at the Hobo Railway and ending at the Legion. Boys State will be starting on Saturday at Rivier collage in Nashua. Post 49 has 1 boy going. I know he will enjoy himself and make many new friends. Good Luck John.
5-22-09 I am planning on making this a regular feature on the website. I have been trying different ways to load items onto the site. We need to make this a tool that you will use. I am open to any and all suggestions on what we need and how to go about making it happen. Well onto Post happenings. We are currently at 92.73% of our 100% goal of 330 members. That’s on 24 more to go. So please look in your wallets and see if you have your 2009 membership card. The 2010 cards will be out at convention in June. It would really be great to reach our 100% goal for ’09, we have reached it for several years. Everyone knows that times are hard right now so if there is a way the Post may be able to help let us know we need to stick together.
